Warranty Policy

At Yumin, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty to back this up. The warranty period for each product may vary and is specified on the respective product page under the Warranty tab.

Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that arise due to faulty materials or workmanship. This includes problems related to bonding, stitching, material or component failure, and workmanship. To qualify for the warranty, the product must be used as intended under normal conditions.

However, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, or any modifications made to the product. We also cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including color and material breakdown over time, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our warranty.

We reserve the right to reject any fraudulent warranty claims, including those involving intentional damage, duplicate claims, or counterfeit products. To file a warranty claim for a product with a manufacturing defect, please submit a ticket through our Contact Us Page, and our team will guide you through the process. We will do our best to provide a suitable resolution as per the criteria.
