2. Order Cancellation Rights

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

3. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be eligible:

• The Goods must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
• They must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The product must be in the same size as when purchased.

We cannot accept returns for personalized items, perishable goods, products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, or products mixed with other items after delivery. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.

4. Return/Exchange Procedure

You can return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving them if they are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@yumin.in within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

If approved, replacements will be shipped or credit notes issued for unhampered products. We will cover return shipping costs if the mistake is ours; otherwise, you are responsible for shipping charges.

5. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, you must notify us within 6 hours of placing it.

6. Credit Issuance

Credit for returned items will be added to your bank account within 3 to 7 working days. You can use this credit for online purchases at yumin-in-471966.hostingersite.com. If your selected product is unavailable, we will refund the credit to your bank account, including any shipping charges.

7. Additional Terms

• Product weights displayed are approximate.
• Worn or used products will not be eligible for credit.
• Changes or alterations can be made within 6 hours of placing an order.
• Customers can return products they don’t like within 7 days of receipt, but they must cover the return shipping costs.
